Create Subscription Plan

Run the command notifier-prov-cli create subscriptionplan or notifier-prov-cli create subscriptionplan --docker to create subscription plan in local machine or docker container.

Update Subscription Plan

Run the command notifier-prov-cli edit subscriptionplan or notifier-prov-cli edit subscriptionplan --docker to update a subscription plan in local machine or docker container.

Disable subscription plan

Run the command notifier-prov-cli disable subscriptionplan or notifier-prov-cli disable subscriptionplan --docker to disable a subscription plan in local machine or docker container.
